According to El Primer Grande's Twitter, 23 year old Argentinian defensive midfielder Kevin Gutiérrez is wanted by both the New England Revolution and Columbus Crew in Major League Soccer. The midfielder of Racing Santander has a contract until June 2022 and an exit clause for $16 million according to El Primer Grande.
If true is safe to say a Summer 2022 signing. Unless in Argentina $16 million is more like $160,000. According to Transfermarkt, Gutiérrez is valued at $1.05 million.
Gutiérrez received a cap for the Argentinian U-23 team on September 4th of 2019. He played 14 minutes as a substitute in a 5-0 win over Bolivia.
